"Als ik met Jeanette in gesprek ben, weet zij bij mij meteen de juiste ‘snaar’ te raken. Door haar intuïtie en inlevings-(invoelings) vermogen kan zij mij zonder moeite meenemen in mijn gevoel en in de energie waarin ik zit, maar ook zat in het verleden en in vorige leven(s). Als zij-instromer heb ik ontzettend veel aan de begeleiding van Jeanette. Het maken van een carrièreswitch is meer dan spannend want je betreedt een nieuwe wereld. Jeanette heeft mij ten allen tijden goed en duidelijk geïnformeerd! Daarnaast is Jeanette transparant over de stand van zaken en zeer goed bereikbaar. Ik zou Jeanette zeker aanbevelen aan alle zij-instromers, zij luistert goed naar jouw verhaal en geeft bruikbare adviezen. Tevens kan het bestuur/directie van de basisschool ook bij haar terecht voor vragen. Ik ben blij dat ik gedurende mijn opleiding bij haar terecht kon!

Jeanette is a person that truly wants to understand your ambitions as a teacher. She helped me quickly asses the situation of what it takes to walk the road of becoming a teacher. Voordat we begonnen aan de tekenopdracht, ben ik onder begeleiding van Jeanette eerst even tot mezelf gekomen. Ik vond dit een heel apart gevoel, omdat mijn innerlijke zelf echt sinds lange tijd tot rust kwam. De hoofdpijn die ik had, ging weg. In het begin vond ik het lastig vanuit mijn gevoel te tekenen en met links nog wel. Door de vragen begon ik beelden te zien en deze kwamen op papier. Ik kijk terug op een waardevolle ervaring, waarin ik weer contact heb kunnen maken met mijn diepste zelf. Volgende keer weer een stapje verder!

I know Jeanette as a hands-on and highly committed project manager in the field of education. She initiated and founded the non-for-profit Dutch School in Munich. When she spots a need or an opportunity, she has a creative approach to transform her ideas into a project and also deals with the administrative hurdles until full implemetation. Most importantly she is able to motivate volunteers and professionals to start greenfield educational projects and successfully grow them to maturity. I know her as a person of integrity with high moral standards and a good sense of humor.

Jeanette is one of the principal driving forces behind "Nederlandse School München", which provides Dutch language and culture education to Dutch and Flemish pupils aged 4 to 14. She is a hands-on person who can set up an organisation from scratch, and knows how to motivate people. Heb vernomen dat Jeanette aftreedt als directrice bij de NL school in München; misschien begrijpelijk gezien haar full time job als lerares aan de Europese School München maar m.i. toch heel jammer. During Jeannette van der Werf's tenure as managing director of the Dutch school in Munich, my oldest son was a pupil at that school for a period of 3 years. Jeannette set high educational standards for the school, in line with Dutch and Belgian official schooling guidelines.
